The Tristar Conveyor is fitted with a continuous moving (variable speed) stainless steel track that conveys the components through the different wash & dry processes, developed to wash parts that cannot be tumbled due to risk of damage. The parts pass through a number of stages depending on the application. The modular construction allows the machine to be tailored to almost any requirement. A typical example would be wash, rinse and dry however 3, 4 or 5 stage models are available.

More complex applications often require our PCB controller unit which manages for example the solution concentration, the filter cleaning intervals and even indexing the belt to various stages to name a few.

Le convoyeur Tristar est équipé d'un tapis inox à mouvement continu (à vitesse variable), qui entraîne les pièces au travers du circuit complet de lavage et séchage, permettant ainsi de traiter les pièces fragiles qui ne peuvent être lavées dans une machine à tonneau. Les pièces passent plusieurs étapes, selon les applications. La construction modulaire permet d'être adaptée sur mesure à la plupart des besoins. Par exemple, un rideau d'air moyenne pression peut être positionné après un rideau d'air haute pression, afin de forcer l'air chaud à se diriger sur la pièce, pour sécher toute humidité résiduelle. Des modèles de machines à 3, 4 ou 5 étapes sont disponibles et peuvent également incorporer des rinçages ou séchages complémentaires.

De Tristar Conveyor was- en ontvettingsmachine is uitgevoerd met een doorlopende roestvrijstalen band (variabele snelheid) die de componenten door de verschillende was- en droog secties van de machine voert. De machine is ontworpen om onderdelen te reinigen die door kans op beschadiging niet door een roterende machine gevoerd kunnen worden. El transportador en continuo TRISTAR viene equipado con una rejilla de acero inoxidable que transporta las piezas (velocidad variable) a través de diferentes procesos de lavado y secado, desarrollado para lavar piezas que no pueden ser volteadas a riesgo de ser dañadas. Las piezas pasan a través de un número de fases en función de la aplicación, su construcción modular permite a la máquina ser equipada para casi cualquier necesidad. Un ejemplo típico sería el de instalar después de la fase de aire frío a alta presión, otra de aire caliente a baja presión. Este proceso proporciona aire caliente directamente a la pieza para secar aquellas zonas donde queden restos de humedad. Los modelos de tres, cuatro y cinco etapas están disponibles y pueden incluir procesos de centrifugado y secado adicionales.

Ein typisches Beispiel ist ein Niedrigdruck-Heißluftmesser, das nach der kalten Hochdruck-Luftmesserstufe verwendet wird. Dadurch wird Heißluft auf das zu trocknende Bauteil geleitet um Wasserfleckenbildungen zu vermeiden. Es sind auch 3-, 4- bzw. 5-Stufen-Modelle erhältlich, die zusätzliche Spül- oder Trockenprozesse beinhalten können.

Il TRASPORTATORE TRISTAR è composto da un nastro a maglia in acciaio inossidabile cha avanza in continuo (la velocità può essere regolata) trasportando i particolari da trattare attraverso i differenti stadi di lavaggio ed asciugatura. Questa tipologia di impianto è stato sviluppato per tutti quei particolari che non possono essere trattati in una macchina a tamburo in quanto i pezzi, battendo uno contro l'altro, possono rischiare di danneggiarsi. I particolari passano attraverso differenti stadi in relazione alle diverse applicazioni. La costruzione modulare permette di modificare l'impianto in relazione alle varie richieste. Un tipico esempio potrebbe essere la necessità di inserire dopo lo stadio di asciugatura a mezzo getto d aria fredda ad alta pressione un getto ad aria calda a bassa pressione al fine di asciugare completamente i pezzi ove persistono tracce di umidità. Sono disponibili modelli a 3, 4 o 5 stadi ai quali possono essere aggiunti supplementari stadi di risciacquo ed asciugatura.

WHAT COMPONENTS WOULD TYPICALLY BE CLEANED IN A TRISTAR CONVEYOR MACHINE?

The Tristar conveyor is a tunnel wash system which has been developed to wash components that are too large for the Tristar Rotary Drum range or for parts that cannot be tumbled due to risk of damage.  Typical applications: plumbing fittings, hydraulic pumps, steel pressings, brass castings, steel forgings, brass and aluminium castings and machined parts.

WHAT SIZE BELTS ARE AVAILABLE?

Various belt widths are available, standard models range from 250mm up to 600mm.

WHAT STAGES ARE INVOLVED?

The modular design of the Tristar Conveyor can be tailor made to your exact requirements. Machines typically range from 2 – 4 stages however they can be produced in many variants with almost unlimited stages of either wash, rinse or dry.

WHAT DETERGENTS CAN I USE WITHIN THE MACHINE FOR MY APPLICATION?

Vixen have a fully trained aftersales department who can advise on the most suitable detergent for your application. We supply a wide range of aqueous based detergents and also all the spare parts which you may require for the machine during its lifetime.

WHERE CAN I GET SPARE PARTS FOR THE MACHINE?

Vixen can supply all the spare parts for their machines direct to the customer. Once you have purchased a machine from Vixen you will be assigned an internal aftersales contact who is available to give you advice on spares and consumables.

We also offer service contracts on all our machines ranging from twice yearly to monthly visits.
