The AGIWASH range of machines has been developed to degrease components which need to be fully immersed in hot water soluble detergents. The AGIWASH is particularly effective for cleaning tubular items or components that have hollows which need to be flushed through with detergent. These machines are fitted with a pneumatic ram which is connected to the wash basket carrier. A lever control raises the wash basket to the loading position and the basket is loaded then lowered into the detergent. During the wash cycle, the basket is raised and lowered by the pneumatic ram at an approximate rate of 60 strokes per minute, causing a flushing action to occur. The cycle time is adjustable and resets each time the lid is opened. The components are cleaned quickly and flash dry in seconds.

Options for the Agiwash include multi-stage agitation for complex part cleaning ie ultrasonics and pumped water agitation which are just a couple of the options that can be added with a PCB range of machines.

Les machines AGIWASH ont été mises au point pour le dégraissage des pièces qui doivent être immergees complètement dans un bain chaud eau + détergent. La machine Agiwash est particulièrement adaptée au nettoyage de tubes ou de pièces qui comportent des cavités qui doivent être nettoyées par courant d'eau. Ces machines sont équipées d'un piston pneumatique qui est connecté au support du panier de lavage. Un levier de contrôle amène le panier en position de chargement, puis il redescend une fois les pièces positionnées. Pendant le cycle de lavage, le panier est agité par le vérin pneumatique à environ 60 coups minute, créant une action de courant d'eau. De AGIWASH serie wasmachines is ontworpen voor de ontvetting van werkstukken die door hun constructie geheel ondergedompeld dienen te worden in heet water en reinigingsmiddel. De Agiwash is uitermate geschikt voor de reiniging van buisvormige onderdelen en werkstukken met veel gaten die doorgespoeld moeten worden voor een optimale reiniging. Deze machines zijn uitgevoerd met een pneumatische hefcilinder die de mand of de werk- vloer op en neer beweegt. Nadat de werkstukken in de mand zijn geladen wordt het deksel gesloten en de timer ingesteld. De hefcilinder beweegt de mand met een maximum van 60 slagen per minuut op en neer tijdens de reinigingscyclus. De onderdelen worden op deze manier snel en grondig gereinigd en zijn na het openen van het deksel praktisch direct droog. Voor complexe werkstukken kan een 2 traps uitvoering worden geleverd, tevens zijn ultrasone toepassingen leverbaar.

La gama de máquinas de lavado AGIWASH han sido desarrolladas para el dsengrasado de piezas que necesitan ser sumergidas por completo con detergentes solubles en agua caliente. El modelo Agiwash es particularmente efectivo para la limpieza de piezas tubulares o piezas con huecos que necesitan ser inundados de detergente. Die AGIWASH Produktreihe wurde zum Entfetten von Bauteilen entwickelt, die vollständig in ein Waschmittel getaucht werden müssen, das in heißem Wasser löslich ist. AGIWASH ist besonders wirksam beim Reinigen von rohrförmigen Artikeln oder Bauteilen mit Hohlräumen, die mit der Waschlösung durchspült werden müssen Diese Maschinen sind mit einem Druckluftzylinder ausgestattet, der am Träger des Waschkorbs angeschlossen ist. Der Waschkorb wird mit einer Hebelsteuerung zur Ladeposition angehoben, beladen und anschließend in das Waschmittel gesenkt. Während des Waschzyklus wird der Korb vom Druckluftzylinder mit einem Hub von ca. 60 pro Minute angehoben und gesenkt, was eine effektive Reinigung bewirkt. Die Zykluszeit ist verstellbar und wird jedes Mal mit Öffnen des Beladedeckels zurückgesetzt. Die Bauteile werden schnell gereinigt und schon in wenigen Sekunden getrocknet. Für kompliziertere Anwendungsbereiche sind 2-Stufen-Modelle erhältlich. Außerdem können zur optimalen Reinigung eintauchbare Ultraschallgeräte in den Agiwash eingebaut werden.

AGIWASH-serien har utvecklats för att avfetta komponenter, som behöver sänkas ner helt i en het tvättlösning. AGIWASH är speciellt effektiva till rengöring av rörformiga föremål eller komponenter med hål, som behöver spolas igenom med tvättlösningen. Dessa maskiner är försedda med en pneumatisk kolv, som är ansluten till tvättkorgens hållare. AGIWASH jest szczególnie efektywna do oczyszczania przedmiotów rurowych lub komponentów, które posiadają otwory wymagające przeplukiwania z detergentem. Il modello AGIWASH è stato sviluppato per lo sgrassaggio di particolari che devono essere immersi completamente in acqua calda e detergente solubile. AGIWASH è particolarmente efficace per la pulizia di componenti tubolari o con presenza di cave che necessitano per essere pulite di essere attraversate da un flusso di liquido detergente. Queste macchine, sono dotate di un dispositivo pneumatico collegato al cestello di lavaggio. Una leva solleva il cestello nella posizione di carico quindi il cestello viene caricato e successivamente abbassato nel liquido detergente. Durante il ciclo di lavaggio il cestello viene sollevato ed abbassato all'incirca 60 volte al minuto creando l'azione di flusso che necessita per la pulizia dei pezzi. Il tempo di ciclo è regolabile e si riazzera ogni volta che il portello viene aperto. I particolari vengono puliti ed asciugati in pochi secondi. Per applicazioni più complesse sono disponibili versioni a due stadi. Un sistema sommerso ad ultrasuoni può essere inserito al fine di ultimare l'operazione di pulizia.

WHAT COMPONENTS ARE IDEALLY SUITED TO THE AGIWASH MACHINE?

The Agiwash was developed to degrease components which need to be fully immersed in hot water soluble detergents. The machine is particularly effective for cleaning tubular items or components that have hollows which need to be flushed through with detergent.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

During the wash cycle the basket is raised and lowered by a pneumatic ram causing a flushing action to occur through the constant displacement of the load. 

Multi stage machines, which can be connected by automatic roller systems, can be offered when second stage washing and/or rinsing is required.

DOES THE AGIWASH MACHINE DRY THE PARTS?

The machine is not fitted with a drying facility but due to the temperature of the solution, components will flash dry after the wash cycle has completed.
WHAT SIZE BASKETS ARE AVAILABLE?

Standard machines have basket sizes from 500mm up to 2 metres.

WHAT DETERGENTS CAN I USE WITHIN THE MACHINE FOR MY APPLICATION?

There are various oil water separation options available including oil disk skimmers and oil water separators.

Vixen can supply all the spare parts for their machines direct to the customer. Once you have purchased a machine from Vixen you will be assigned an internal aftersales contact who is available to give you advice on spares and consumables.

We also offer service contracts on all our machines ranging from twice yearly to monthly visits.
